Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

Some items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift vouchers, and for hygiene reasons, earrings. Also Gift and Subscription boxes

All other returns must include the original receipt.

We do not refund postage costs.

We recommend using an insured, trackable delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund once we receive your return.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days. If you haven’t received it after this time, please contact us.

 

Returning an Online Purchase In-Store

You’re welcome to return online purchases in-store for free within 28 days, with proof of purchase (your original receipt). Travel costs or postage costs are NOT refundable

Postage costs are non-refundable, but we offer a free click-and-collect service.

Returning an In-Store Purchase

If you purchased in-store and change your mind, you can return your item for exchange within 14 days with your original receipt.

We do not offer cash or card refunds for in-store purchases.

Damaged items will be replaced; an email must be sent withing 48 hours of delivery of original purchase.
